Maria is a young girl who lives a normal life, not wanting to become big or go on a huge adventure like other kids. For Maria, however, her life becomes anything but normal. One day she's a hard-working village girl and the next she's running for her life from soldiers from another country! When all she wanted was a normal life, her past and the past of the world comes to chase her down and fate shows her it has another thing planned for her.
