When a nuke was dropped in Hiroshima during world war 3, everything changed. Radiation spread rapidly and started infecting and killing people. This wasn't normal radiation though, this radiation gave some people strange powers and even altered their physical and mental body. The protagonist Kenji, a broke orphan boy during post world war 3 who kills these radioactive people who are out of control for money accidentally got the power to control plastic. At the cost of his lifespan of course.
