You're underqualified, overqualified, don't seem like you'd be interested in the work, too eager, we're looking for someone more focused in one area, we want someone that can do it all, and you're just looking for a job because you don't have one. These are all real reasons I've been given while job hunting when it's not the artificial good luck message.
