Intoxicated is a book about a teenage girl who is struggling with depression. Her name is Emily and her twin brother Marcus is always there for her. When Emily was in 5th grade her best friend Jack moved but he came back. They reunited in the hospital after she had overdosed. After a while she began to like him but he doesn’t feel the same. He has a girlfriend, and when Emily thinks things cannot get worse they do, her friend April doesn’t have long left. See what happens during her journey!
