the IKAN series is a nature documentary style comic, based off of old animal planet shows such as wild recon call of the wild man and Steve Irwin style expeditions as well, the comic takes place in a 1st contacts style universe where humans have destroyed earth and would go on to traveled the stars, leading to discovery of new alien life forms tho this comic focuses on ecology 1st and foremost, the comic will also contain, the occasional bit of space opera/eldritch cultism from time to time
