UPDATE: Taking time to deep breathe during random activities was actually helpful, it helped me think straight and make decisions calmly, how was your experience? At times we get so good at multitasking we can fail at being mindful of our surroundings and the things happening around us, I encourage us all to practice mindfulness this week, let me know how it goes in the next week comment section!
