Ohtto is a 14 year old boy from one of the lower districts. One day he is given the opportunity to enter the famous and exclusive Capital. Once there Ohtto gets a job at the famous Game Center. Which is known for their creative games they have their players participate in. Ohtto quickly learns the job isn’t as easy as it looks. Armed with his guide and new friends, Otto faces the challenges of both his job and life in the Capital.
