It’s been two centuries. The world has become so unlivable that all organisms have had to mutate or face extinction. Humans, for better or worse, are one of the few lucky species. The mutations grant all humans with powers. Most are weak, but an incredibly rare few have evolved. The government, more fragile than ever, seeks out these few and raises them as assassins to do their dirty work. Clarence, or C-14, is one of these. Well, at least until they defect. Now, there’s a new vigilante in town
