Creator
Damballa is the Creator God in Voodoo mythology; he is known to be a benevolent and peaceful spirit. If anybody remembers the dragon for Haiti, Ayida, she is known to be his wife. So Haiti and Benin, as well as some other African countries, share this mythology.
