The wicked Engkantos are lurking on the streets of Manila at night to eat and enslave humans. No one has the power to stop their menace, but there is a being who can stop them. The Heavenly Being called the Jade Emperor sends an avatar to purge the wicked Engkantos, and that avatar is called the Dragon Warrior. Kaitode Teromichi is a Demon Hunter who roams the streets of Manila, finding some relics of Engkantos and trying to purge them. He is the Dragon Warrior in the legend.
