My therapist wants me to say affirmations in the morning to try to train my brain to think positive thoughts. Even if it's corny or really basic, the act of saying them out loud to yourself gets you to think it and hear it and starts developing it as a habit.. So far this is what I could come up with for an affirmation, I think they are supposed to be more complimentary but I don't have any ATM.
