In a world where living light bulbs make people’s creative ideas, those who don’t have a spark are seen as “Dim Bulbs” and often work unimportant jobs. One particular Dim Bulbs is Buddy, a kid who dreams of being a great adventure but who’s inventions never seem to work. Join the misadventures of Buddy, who works with a maintenance crew that fixes broken ideas. Through his mistakes, Buddy works hard to achieve his dreams, and along the way helps other Dim Bulbs find their own creative spark.
