In an unsuccessful attempt to cure radiation, the Gentry accidentally created a new species of human, the Deviants. From the perspective of the public, they believed the Gentry would use these Deviants as weapons, therefore deciding to revolt, they create their own Government, the Aristocracy. To fix their "mistake," the Gentry run tests on these mysterious people, and to their luck, found one that could "cure" other Deviants. Everything turned upside down when this special Deviant escaped.
