Violence is rising in Cold Rock County. The people are becoming strangely aggressive, bitter and hateful. There’s a serial killer on the loose, a faceless devil who stalks the county, leaving more and more bodies in his wake - They call him the Snowman. The Sheriff has been hunting him for months. With the help of his novice partner, they’re finally closing in. Exhausted, hopeless, and on the verge of madness, they push through the filth and cruelty– desperate to uncover the truth.
