I love when I can use recrystallization as a purification method because you can get your compounds super pure. With that being said… some compounds are easier to crystallize than others. It is really an art on its own! In a future update I’ll include a picture of a beautiful crystal (I think) I formed for a characterization technique called XRay crystallography. ;)
