For countless years, the world has been immersed in "chaos" - a strange energy that twists and distorts organic life. In an effort to protect themselves, humanity has retreated behind technological shields and barriers, building up tiered cities within. In the lowest level of one such city, delivery worker Morna Bell would like to live a simple and uneventful life. Unfortunately, normality is out of reach. The chaos calls to her.
