Celeste is an Elemental Mage; she has magic powers to control the elements. However Celeste lives in a Country where technological advance is everything. Technology helped build the floating cities that make up the country of Edeth. Magic almost destroyed the world. So naturally, nobody like Mages and Celeste has to keep her 'talents' hidden if she wants to survive.
