Once one of Stalin's deputies wanted to remove St. Basil's cathedral to make way for parading tanks. In some accounts, it is said Stalin replied vehemently with "PUT IT BACK" after that deputy had taken a little replica of the cathedral off a planning board. by the way the characters are Moscow and the USSR
