In the late 1900's creatures known as Metafauna appeared. A cosmic invasion of predators that feel only hunger, and when killed, are reconstituted in their world, constantly evolving. Humans are forced to evolve, a catalyst for the world at large. Now, it's 2000, Metafauna and their invasions have evolved. Humans and their defence has as well. The fight against them is ever-changing. Now, 2 people appear. Their stories and actions will forever change the world that they live in.
