There are many stores reflective of giving, taking, and holding on.. in this case we find ourselves in all three points. Memories are what remind us of what was given or taken and the tree is always symbolic of life. C-Jac has given all the shade away .. in fact, the leaves are now composed of memories .. but the tree still stands, to grow and maybe on day cast shade again.
