Follow the story of a group of small-time super villains as they work their way to the top to become one of the most infamous leagues of evil. Watch as they learn how to discreetly gain access to weapons, purchase land for a secret base, recruit super-powered members, all while trying to avoid the Law-abiding heroes and vigilantes that would stop them.
