Blur City is a place with many issues, one of them is called Mac Flare, a dangerous criminal who has outsmarted the police for years. Two low-ranking cops named Paul and Number 30 decide to go after Mac Flare to be taken seriously, but they don't seem to have much of a chance to be honest. One day, a man with a weird haircut decides to help them with the hunt. This may be just what the city needed.
