Paul, a humble, cute, catholic teenager that suffers a generalized anxiety disorder does his best to hide deeper imperfections. He´s the top student, and that´s why he is hated by his classmates. His twin brother, Chris, a popular, aggressive teenager that suffers an emotional instability disorder "hates" Paul. Even though, Paul loves his brother Chris and tries to keep him safe. As time passes, Chris has other feelings to Paul, but his feelings are not so innocent...
