After losing his wife and only daughter, the king of Humans, Jougi Oritsu, plans to taint the world tree, Yggdrasil. Should he succeed, it will create an entirely new, dark, and disgraceful world. His son, Zion, has been on the hunt for the sole creatures who can maintain the tree's purity, the Nymphs. However, around 50 years ago, they all mysteriously vanished.
