4 years after the sinister events of the Pale City and The Maw, Mono and Six are living peacefully in a refuge where only children and teenagers live, called Little Paradise. However, when the protagonists reach their teens, a new threat emerges to decimate all of Little Paradise, causing Mono and Six to be forced to embark on a dangerous adventure to save their home. Furthermore, on this journey, Six will have to face a major challenge in denying her own dark fate of becoming the next The Lady.
