Humans aren't supposed to know that dragons exist, but for Phoebe Willis they're very real. After inheriting her deceased aunt's house, she unexpectedly becomes a landlord of dragon tenants. Besides driving her nuts and getting her leftover pizza stolen, they have put her in more danger than she'd like to admit.
