During The Pioneer War, there was an arms race involving human development to gain absolute power. In that development, There were many companies that hired many scientist to create super humans. Decades later, the offspring of the people experimented on would eventually become super heroes and super villains. In the year 2017, 16 super human crime fighters get recruited by government officials to take down home based terrorist. All the while learning team work and overcoming adversity.
