Julien, a young(ish) man, aspries to follow his dream of becoming a great detective one day. Stepping out his humble lifestyle, he plunges into the seedy underbelly of Montreal working as a freelance journalist. Unfortunately his own clumsiness and reckless behavior gets him into trouble for often than not. But with his determination and the help of his allies, he will restore order to the city once more as well uncover the strange, the ugly, and or just plain weird.
