In a world where litters have become common, Earth's population is projected to triple within a few years. In response, the South Korean government enacted a one-child policy, mandating the death of any additional offspring from a litter. However, Kang U-Jung's parents could not bring themselves to lose their second child and chose to hide his birth. After a routine inspection by the police at the Kang's household, U-Jung had to flee and lived a miserable existence for some months until he was kidnapped by Park Shi-Jin, the secret second child of the two most powerful entrepreneurs in the country.
