Suddenly becoming sad for no reason is really tough to deal with. Your body feels heavy, you feel tired, and nothing feels good anymore. I believe we all need stimulation to get out of a funk. Listening to songs or watching things that can make you smile helps me. A hot shower even does the trick sometimes. If all else fails, take a nap and restart again when you wake. Feel better. Much love.
